ExifPro top level menu:

File Popup Menu

Browse Folders Shows Folder Pane if it's hidden and starts browsing from the desktop level. Browse Favorite Folder Opens Favorites Folders Popup. Refresh Reloads photographs from the currently selected folder. Stop Scanning Stops scanning folders and loading photos if it's in progress. Scan Subfolders Toggles scanning subfolders. Photos with EXIF Only Toggles loading only photographs with present EXIF information. Exit Quits ExifPro.

Edit Popup Menu

Toggle Photo Selection Toggles selection of the current image in a Images Pane. Select All Selects all the loaded photographs. Deselect All Deselects all the loaded photographs. Invert Selection Reverses the current selection. Sticky Selection Mode Sticky selection facilitates selecting multiple images inside Images Pane without pressing Control key. Inadvertent mouse click cannot dismiss selection in a sticky mode. Filter Photos Moves focus to the Filter Bar. After entering a word to look for press Enter key to activate the filter. Only photographs with matching keyword or description containing given word will be displayed. Search is case sensitive Cancel Filter Cancels the active filter. Shows all the loaded photographs. Address Bar Moves focus to the Address Bar. Review Images Opens Viewer window. Review All Images will populate Viewer with all the loaded photographs. Two remaining options limit amount of images in a Viewer to either selected ones or tagged ones. To review certain photographs one can select them first and use Review Selected command. Likewise if there are any photos with applied tags pressing Review Tagged will open a Viewer window with tagged photographs only. Options... Opens the Options dialog window.

View Popup Menu

Folder Pane Toggles the Folder Pane visibility. Preview Pane Toggles photographs Preview Pane visibility. Info Pane Toggles the Information Pane visibility. Pane Windows Opens Pane Window Popup menu. Maximize Current Pane Current pane window can be maximized to the size of the whole main window. Selecting this option again will restore it to the former size. Toolbars Toggles the main toolbar, filter bar and the address bar visibility. Status Bar Toggles the status bar visibility. Thumbnails Displays photographs by using thumbnails. Details Displays detailed information about photographs. Tiles Displays photographs by using tiles. Previews Displays photographs' previews. Cycle View Modes Switches current viewing mode to the next one. Group Tagged Images Groups images by assigned tags. Group Images by Folders Groups images by folders. Sort by Similarity Orders images by similarity to the current image. Images Pane Options Toggles visibility of image name/date, tags, info balloons. Sort Images by Sorts images by selecting a column (same as in a detailed view mode). Selecting the same column again sorts images in the opposite order. Full Screen Mode Toggles full screen mode to better utilize screen estate.

Tools Popup Menu

Transfer Photos... Opens the Transfer Photos tool window. Copy Photos... Opens the Copy Photos tool window. Move Photos... Opens the Move Photos tool window. Copy Tagged... Opens the Copy Tagged Photographs Tool tool window. Delete Photos Deletes selected photographs by moving them to the trash can. Rotate Photos... Opens the Rotate Photos tool window. Resize Photos... Opens the Resize Photos tool window. Generate Slide Show... Opens the Generate Slide Show Photos tool window.
